Hellen Keller Resource Centre
Mission Statement:
Helen Keller Resource Centre caters for students with PMLD. The age range at the Centre is between 11/13 years till 22 years. The Centre’s population is about 40 students, who are divided into 7 groups, with a teacher and 3 LSAs in each group.
We follow an adapted Curriculum and cater for the individual needs of the students, both physical and academic. This is done by liasioning with other professionals such as Nurse, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Pathologist and Communication Specialists.
