Introduction
The service provision of activities as part of non-formal education requires one to ensure that the activity has an educational value and is provided safely, under the supervision of an expert in the field.
As a service provider you are required to fill in the necessary form with the requested information to become an accredited service provider.
· Police conduct certificate of each adult involved in the activity issued not earlier than 2 months prior to registration.
· First aid certificate: at least one first-aider must be on the premises at all times during the activity.
· Verification of adherence to Protection of Minors (Registration) Act for all the adults who are directly involved. Click Here to download form.
· Risk assessment or letter by a registered Health & Safety Officer of the site/s where the activity will be taking place.
