  • Develop your intellectual curiosity through a well-structured PhD programme that enables original and innovative research.
  • Conduct research in an inclusive, dynamic multi-lingual environment, whilst working in English and enjoying the campus view of the beautiful city of Florence.

Programme
As a research-strong department, EUI offers focused supervision during the PhD programme, providing the support to explore ideas and develop intellectual autonomy. The EUI academic community is bigger than its faculty and researchers. EUI welcomes world famous scholars to each year. These visitors present and discuss their work, allowing researchers to build your knowledge and develop your ideas further. Researchers interact with these experts throughout the programme.
