Kindergarten Registration

Parents wishing to register their children to start attending in Kindergarten 1 as from  3rd October 2016 are required to do so by 13th May 2016.  Parents submitting late registrations may have to be redirected to another school/college if all places are taken. Only children that would have attained three years of age by the end of December 2016 can be registered for the October intake. Parents would need to provide the following documentation:

            • Official parents’ ID cards / passports
            • The water & electricity bill as proof of residence


Out of Locality Students
Parents wishing to register their children to start attending school in a different locality as from 26th September 2016 are required to do so by the 13th May 2016 by calling at the College Principal's Office of the receiving College (of the school wherein the child will be registered). Parents submitting late registrations may have to be redirected to another school/college if all places are taken. Parents would need to provide the following documentation:

  • Official parents’ ID cards / passports
  • Letter signed by both parents requesting enrolment in that particular school 

If the reason is that:

(i)​    one of the parents is  a staff member at that school, a letter from the Head of School is requested

(ii)   siblings already attend that school, their names and classes should also be included in the letter of request

(iii a) of working parents: 

  • proof of employment from ETC
  • a letter from someone who resides in same locality as school and who will be responsible for the child while parents  are at work 
  • official ID card/passport of this responsible person  
  • the water and electricity bill as proof of residence

(iii b) of working parents who are availing themselves of the services of Klabb 3 to 16:

  • proof of employment from ETC of respective parents
  • a letter of acceptance by the Centre as proof of attendance.

Additional documentation may be requested on a case by case basis.
